
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of KNT CLEANING SERVICES LTD/14698504, London, 62 A Graham Road, N15 3NJ and apply to all services provided to clients. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
KNT Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks. All services will be performed as per the specific requirements outlined at the time of booking, subject to availability.
3.1. All bookings must be made through our official booking system (via phone, email, or website).
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email, SMS, or phone call from KNT Cleaning Services.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if we believe the job cannot be performed safely, and effectively, or is outside the scope of our services.
4.1. Rates and Pricing:
Our service rates are quoted at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of service, location, and the condition of the property. All prices quoted are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. Late Payments:
If payment is not received on the due date, KNT Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law.
5.1. Client Cancellations:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
5.2. Company Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies, adverse weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.
5.3. No-Show Policy:
If our cleaning staff arrives at your property and is unable to gain access, a no-show fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply.
6.1. Access to Property:
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
6.2. Safety and Hazards:
It is your responsibility to inform us of any potential safety hazards, risks, or obstacles that may impede the cleaning process.
6.3. Personal Belongings:
KNT Cleaning Services will not be liable for the loss or damage to personal items unless directly caused by the cleaning staff’s negligence.
6.4 Customers are required to provide a free parking space for our employees (cleaners) or cover the cost of any parking fees incurred.
7.1. Service Guarantee:
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, you must inform us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
7.2. Insurance:
We carry liability insurance to cover damages caused by our staff during cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or belongings.
7.3. Cleaning Products and Equipment:
Whether you need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment depends on the specifics of our agreement. We can discuss this further to see what works best for you. Typically, we can bring our own supplies, but if you have specific products or equipment you’d prefer we to use, we’ll be happy to work with those as well.
8.1. KNT Cleaning Services is not responsible for the loss of or damage to items of sentimental or monetary value, or for the wear and tear of furniture, fixtures, or other items in your home during cleaning services.
8.2. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the specific cleaning service provided.
8.3. KNT Cleaning Services will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate our services for any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the following: failure to pay, abusive behavior, or unsafe working conditions.
We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
KNT Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
